TGPSC to be coordinator for legal issues of all PSCs

TGPSC to coordinate legal issues and provide experts for PSCs nationwide, hosting next conference in Hyderabad.
Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) has been made the coordinator for all legal issues and will also provide experts for some of the subjects for all the Public Service Commissions (PSC) in the country.
This was decided at the 25th National Conference of the Chairpersons of the PSCs at Bengaluru which was attended by TGPSC Chairman Burra Venkatesham on Saturday. It was also decided that Telangana would be hosting the next National Conference of Chairpersons of State Public Service Commissions in Hyderabad in December 2025.
The conference was inaugurated by Vice-President Jagadeep Dhankar in the presence of Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Karnataka Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot and UPSC Chairperson Preeti Sudan.
The conference discussed several key issues concerning the functioning of State PSCs and best practices adopted by various PSCs in the conduct of the recruitment examinations, adoption of technology in the PSC services and the announcement of results.
