The Tamil Nadu Assembly session is scheduled to commence at 9.30 a.m. on Monday, December 9.
The Speaker would make obituary references over the deaths of former legislators, and propose condolence resolutions over the passing of noted personalities and leaders.
Following Question Hour, the Finance Minister would present the First Supplementary Estimates for 2024-25 in the House. As announced earlier, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is expected to move a special resolution insisting that the Union government cancel the tungsten mining rights awarded to Hindustan Zinc Limited in Madurai district.
After the proceedings on December 10, Tuesday, the House is expected to be adjourned sine die.
