Water level in Papanasam dam on Tuesday stood at 37.70 feet (maximum permissible level 143 feet). The dam had an inflow of 220.48 cusecs and 104.75 cusecs of water was discharged. The level in Manimuthar dam stood at 49.25 feet (118 feet). The dam had an inflow of 20 cusecs and 275 cusecs of water was discharged.
