MADURAI water levels in Mullaperiyar and Vaigai dams, with inflow, discharge, and total storage details.
Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Saturday stood at 122.85 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 feet) with an inflow of 12 cusecs and a discharge of 800 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 68.21 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 368 cusecs and a discharge of 2,072 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 5,577 mcft.
