Shivakumar can be seen being ‘persuaded’ to place a photograph of former Deputy Prime Minister late Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at a function to observe the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on October 31, in the Congress party office in Bengaluru.
