Jan Suraaj Party leader Prashant Kishor was on Monday (January 6, 2025) sent to 14-day judicial custody after he refused to sign the bail bond. Earlier in the day, the Patna Civil Court had granted bail to Mr. Kishor on a personal bond of ₹25,000 after he was arrested on Monday (Jan. 6) morning while sitting on an indefinite hunger strike demanding the cancellation of the 70th Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination (CCE) following allegations of a paper leak.
