Current water levels in Mullaperiyar and Vaigai dams, along with storage in Periyar credit, as of Wednesday.
Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Wednesday stood at 122.20 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 feet) with an inflow of 331 cusecs and a discharge of 667 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 65.39 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 716 cusecs and a discharge of 519 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 5,018.29.
