Cafe Niloufer's largest tea café in India, located at Hitech City, offers a unique dining experience for over 700 guests.
Information Technology Minister Sridhar Babu on Wednesday inaugurated a 40,000 square foot outlet of Cafe Niloufer, touted as the largest in the country.
The tea cafe is located in Tower 2, Orbit Building, Raidurg.
The new outlet can accommodate over 700 guests at a time. A key attraction of the café is the two-ton ‘Niloufer’s Kettle of Love,’ an installation that celebrates the brand’s legacy and evolution. The second floor has been designed to host gatherings and parties, offering an exclusive experience for patrons. The highlight of the new space is its outdoor dining area where guests can enjoy Cafe Niloufer’s signature tea and snacks in an open-air setting.
“We’ve worked hard to create a space that offers the world’s best and most authentic tea while making every guest feel at home. Whether it’s for a quick bite or a celebratory meal, we aim to ensure an unforgettable experience,” said Anumula Shashank, managing director of Cafe Niloufer.

The holy month of Ramzan is a period of penance and piety for the Muslim community. It is also a month of fasting and feasting on culinary delicacies. Cities across Karnataka, like elsewhere in India, see special eating hubs spring up every evening in this month, as those who fast from dawn to sunset break it with Iftar.

Speaking to The Hindu, a cross-section of pedestrians and street vendors in Bengaluru voiced concerns over the increasing menace of two-wheeler riders encroaching upon footpaths. Suhasini R., a college student from Jayanagar, said that she had a near-death experience a couple of months ago because of a rider.
