
Warangal leaders of BRS meet KCR ahead of April 27 Silver Jubilee event

BRS leaders meet K. Chandrasekhar Rao to discuss Silver Jubilee celebrations and public meeting arrangements in Warangal.

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leaders of the combined Warangal district on Tuesday called on the party president K. Chandrasekhar Rao at his Erravelli farmhouse near Gajwel to apprise him of the arrangements being made for the party’s Silver Jubilee celebrations and the public meeting planned in Warangal on April 27.

Rajeshwar Reddy and former ministers E. Dayakar Rao, T. Rajaiah and Satyavathi Rathod, former MPs M. Kavitha, J. Santosh Kumar, former legislators P. Sudarshan Reddy, D. Vinay Bhaskar, Ch. Dharma Redy, D.S. Redya Naik, B. Shankar Naik, G. Venkataramana Reddy, N. Narender and A. Jeevan Reddy, party leaders Laxman Rao, G. Jyothi, B. Naga Jyothi and others attended.
They explained to the party president that a 1,213-acre site was identified near Elkathurthi, of which 154 acres would be used for public meeting and the remaining extent for parking of about 50,000 vehicles. About 1,500 volunteers would be drawn from among the party ranks for supply of buttermilk and drinking water to the party members and supporters attending the meeting.
The party president made several suggestions to the party leaders on holding the party meeting and public meeting.
