New facilities including 50 tharpana mandapams, navagraha pillars, waiting hall, parking lots and toilets built at a cost of ₹12 crore at Perur padithurai near the Patteswara Swamy temple, along the banks of River Noyyal, are scheduled for inauguration on February 10. The facilities will be inaugurated along with the maha kumbabishekam of the temple on the day. HR & CE Minister P.K. Sekar Babu and officials will take part.

The capital will enable Sukoon Unlimited to enhance its platform, scale its operations, and expand its community of seniors across India.
