
Pharmacy student assaulted in Belagavi for talking to Hindu girl

Belagavi police arrested four persons on the charge of assaulting a pharmacy student in Saigaon village in Belagavi district of Karnataka on March 17.
Sudesh Patil, Santosh Jadhav, Sumit More and Jai Kumar allegedly assaulted Allauddin Peerzade, a DPharma student, for talking to a Hindu girl in a field in Saigaon. The four youth spoke to the boy and girl. After confirming their religion, they allegedly assaulted Allauddin.
The victim was admitted to a hospital.
A case has been registered in Belagavi Rural police station.
