Delhi High Court judge urges Tamil Brahmin community to integrate ancient wisdom with contemporary learning for societal transformation.
Delhi High Court judge Harish Vaidyanathan called upon the Tamil Brahmin community to integrate ancient wisdom and Vedic studies with the contemporary learning for transformation of the society. He urged them to harness their collective potential to foster meaningful societal change.
His father and senior Supreme Court lawyer C.S. Vaidyanathan reminded the community that a life imbued with values alone would be meaningful.
The father-son duo were felicitated by Vedic scholars at Sringeri Sharadambal Temple here. Sringeri Mutt dharmadhikari Karimpuzha Raman draped them with a ponnada.
Vedic scholars recited Rigveda, Sukla Yajurveda, Krishna Yajurveda, Samaveda and Atharva Veda in honour of the father-son duo.
Viswamani, Seshadri Suhas Vadyar, Gopalan Master, Ramesh Dravid, Rama Govinda Bhattachariar, Sethu Vadyar, Sivakumar Vadyar, Koduvayur Venkiti Vadyar, Sreeram Vadyar, Samavedi Deshpande Vadyar, Samaveda Kannan Vadyar, Prakash Vadyar, Sivamani Vadyar, Lakshmana Vadyar, Sankar Sasthri and L. Sreenivasan recited the Chaturveda.
