Arvind Kejriwal unveils AAP manifesto 'Kejriwal ki Guarantee' for Delhi Assembly elections, promising employment, healthcare for senior citizens, and other welfare schemes.
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Monday (January 27, 2025) announced his party’s manifesto for the Delhi Assembly elections, titled ‘Kejriwal ki guarantee’ (Kejriwal’s guarantee), saying that the promises will be implemented over the next five years.
Employment, increasing the money given under Mahila Samman Yojana, free treatment for senior citizens in private and government hospitals and scholarship for Dalit students to study abroad were among the major promises in the manifesto.
“As per central government data, Delhi has the lowest unemployment. National level unemployment is 6% but in Delhi it is 2%.We wish that there is no one who is unemployed in Delhi. We are making plan to give jobs to every youth in Delhi,” Mr. Kejriwal said.

He also said that under the Mahila Samman Yojana, ₹2,100 per month will be deposited in every woman’s bank account.
He also said that senior citizens will receive free treatment in private and government hospitals under the Sanjeevani Yojana.
All wrong water bills will be waived off, Mr. Kejriwal further promised.
