TDP State president Palla Srinivasa Rao emphasizes commitment to Constitution and development, criticizes YSRCP government, praises NDA leadership.
TDP State president and Gajuwaka MLA Palla Srinivasa Rao expressed the party’s commitment to upholding the Constitution in its true spirit and essence, and restoring Andhra Pradesh (AP) to its past glory.
Participating as the chief guest in the Republic Day celebrations at the party’s central office near Mangalagiri in Guntur district on Sunday, Mr. Srinivasa Rao said the previous government headed by the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) had no respect for the Constitution, which was evident from its anarchic functioning.
He pointed out that faction-based politics and caste divisions were the order of the day, and asserted that the present government brought in much-needed changes.
“People have faith in the NDA Government because it is focused on development and uniting all communities and religions for progress,” he observed.
Further, Mr. Srinivasa Rao said A.P. was in for a bright future under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan. They ensured that the YSRCP did not retain power as they knew the consequences thereof.
MLCs P. Ashok Babu and Janga Krishna Murthy, party leaders A.V. Ramana and Buchi Ram Prasad and others were present.

“Earth Day celebrations have already started in Bengaluru, with campaigns at various colleges such as St. Josephs, and Christ University where life-size elephants made from the invasive species, Lantana Camera, have been travelling to spread the message of conservation and coexistence, along with expert talks from WWF India and Ravi Chellam of Metastring Foundation,” said the release.
