Andhra Pradesh IT and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh met Defence Minister Rajnath Singh as a courtesy call at his residence in New Delhi on Wednesday (February 5, 2025.)
He briefed Mr. Singh on the development activities of the State Government and sought the establishment of a defence cluster in Andhra Pradesh. Mr. Lokesh highlighted the investment and job opportunities in the defence equipment manufacturing sector.
Also, he apprised Mr. Singh of the progress achieved in the development of capital Amaravati and construction of Polavaram project, and expressed his gratitude for the support being extended by Centre to Andhra Pradesh.
