Initial inquiry revealed that the victim S. Raja, 62, who runs a restaurant, moved to his own house in the village a few years ago. As he arranged marriage for his second daughter, Raja and his family members went to Chennai to buy various things for the marriage. When they returned on March 22, they found the main door of the house was damaged.
