Minister Komatireddy, MP Chamala and other Cong. leaders slam Amit Shah for comments on Ambedkar

Criticising the recently-concluded winter session of Parliament, he accused the BJP of neglecting key issues such as the Adani controversy and the Manipur crisis.
Roads and Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Government Whip and Alair MLA Beerla Ilaiah, along with Bhongir MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy, condemned Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s remarks on Dr. B.R. Ambedkar at Yadagirigutta on Sunday.
Addressing the media, MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy expressed outrage over Shah’s alleged comments that it has become “fashion” to take Ambedkar’s name. “Amit Shah should issue a public apology and resign immediately. Such remarks are not only disrespectful to Dr. Ambedkar but also undermine the principles enshrined in our Constitution,” said the MP.
Criticising the recently-concluded winter session of Parliament, he accused the BJP of neglecting key issues such as the Adani controversy and the Manipur crisis. “The entire session was orchestrated to push the One Nation- One Election Bill, sidelining urgent national concerns. Despite repeated requests to discuss critical issues, the government adjourned the House without deliberation,” he added.
He further alleged that the BJP has no respect for the Cdrafted by Ambedkar and is conspiring to alter it. He dismissed claims that Shah’s controversial remarks were edited or taken out of context, accusing the BJP of misleading the public and covering up its missteps.
