The winner of The Hindu Trailblazers in Tech, Roshni Nadar holds the distinction of being the first woman to lead a listed IT company in India. Under her leadership, HCL Technologies has ascended to become a global powerhouse.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Roshni Nadar is a philanthropist, driving educational initiatives through the Shiv Nadar Foundation. Notably, she has made her presence on Forbes’ World’s 100 Most Powerful Women list, for the seventh consecutive year in 2023.
Though she could not be present for the event, in a video message, she spoke about women emerging leaders in STEAM fields.
