This is the third webinar in the 15-part webinar series organised as a part of the “Healthy India, Happy India” initiative.

The webinar series is aimed at “Preventing Illness. Promoting Wellness”.

During the webinar, Aravindan Nair, consultant general and endocrine surgeon, Naruvi Hospitals, will give an “Introduction to Thyroid Disorders and Malignant Conditions”, while Tushar Yashwant Sonavane, consultant general endocrine and laparoscopic surgeon, will speak on “Benign Thyroid Tumours”. Sai Krishna Chaitanya P., consultant endocrinologist, will speak on “Thyroid Function Tests, Hypo and Hyperthyroid Conditions (including thyroiditis), Diet and Thyroid”.

Pooja Ramakant, professor, endocrine surgery department, King George’s Medical University, Lucknow, will speak on “Thyroid Disorders in Pregnancy”.

Soma Basu, senior deputy editor, The Hindu, will moderate the session.
