The Flamingo Festival 2025 is scheduled to take place from January 18 to 20 at Nelapattu, Atakanithippa, Sullurupeta, B.V. Palem and Sri City in Tirupati district. Tirupati District Collector and District Tourism Council Chairman Dr. S. Venkateswar unveiled the invitation of the Festival at Collectorate on Thursday. He also launched a website of the event.
Addressing the media, the Collector said that all arrangements have been completed for the much-anticipated festival. After a gap of four years, the festival is set to attract the nature lovers and bird enthusiasts from across the country, he added. He conducted several meetings and personally reviewed the five locations of the event.
Andhra Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) Tirupati Divisional Manager Ch. Srinivasa Rao informed that they are running a bus tour package from Tirupati on the occasion of three-day festival starting from January 18. The non-AC bus departs from Srinivasam in Tirupati at 8 a.m., and will return at 7 p.m.. The ticket cost is fixed at ₹500 per person, including the guide facility.
