Officials of the South Central Railway (SCR) has cancelled six trains on Saturday (February 8, 2025) due to non-interlocking works for commissioning of automatic section between Nuzvid-Yathur-Eluru in Vijayawada division.
Train No.67262, Vijayawada-Rajahmundry, Train No.67261, Rajahmundry-Vijayawada, Train No.67202, Vijayawada-Rajahmundry, Train No.67201, Rajahmundry Vijayawada, Train No.17258, Kakinada Port-Vijayawada and Train No.17257, Vijayawada-Kakinada Port has been cancelled on February 8 (Saturday).
A few trains have been diverted and halts have been eliminated due to the non-interlocking works, the SCR officials said in a release.
