Allu Arjun's bail conditions relaxed by Nampally court, exempting him from weekly appearances and allowing international travel.
A week after actor Allu Arjun was granted conditional bail in the Sandhya 70 MM theatre stampede case, the Nampally court relaxed the conditions of his bail, exempting him from appearing before the investigating officer every Sunday.
The court also permitted him to travel abroad, only after informing the Chikkadpally Station House Officer (SHO) of his travel schedule for each trip and providing details of his place of stay in the destination country until the chargesheet is filed. The court has also maintained that the actor must appear before the investigating official as and when required.
The development follows a petition filed by the actor seeking relaxation of the bail conditions. On January 3, the court granted conditional bail to the actor, instructing him to appear before the investigating officer every Sunday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for two months or until the filing of the chargesheet, whichever is earlier.
Allu Arjun appeared before the Chikkadpally police on Sunday (January 5, 2025) in connection with the ongoing investigation of the case which claimed the life of a woman and left her son hospitalised during the benefit show of Pushpa 2 on December 4, 2024.
The actor was arrested on December 13, 2024 after a case of culpable homicide not amounting to murder was booked against him. A day later, he was released.
