Fatal joyride in Shamirpet leaves one dead and three injured after speeding car crashes into tree, investigation underway.
A joyride turned fatal for four classmates in Shamirpet on Wednesday morning. One was killed and three other sustained injuries after their speeding car crashed into a tree.
The deceased was identified as Farhan Ahmed Ansari, 23. The driver Shakir and two other passengers Rizwan and Abdullah are currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. The incident was reported around 4.10 a.m. when the driver lost control of the vehicle and the car crashed into a tree near Water Plant Kolthur. According to the police, the group was travelling from Hyderabad to Kondapochamma.
