Kerala Tourism unfolds new summer holiday products

This time around, the campaign would be particularly focusing on North Kerala, especially Bekal, Wayanad and Kozhikode, besides lesser-known destinations with vastly improved infrastructure, the minister said in connection with Kerala Tourism Partnership Meet 2025 held in the City on Thursday.
As the summer holiday season is fast approaching, Kerala Tourism will be readying new products before the domestic visitors, mostly targeting school holidays and family audiences, said Tourism Minister P.A. Mohamed Riyas.
This time around, the campaign would be particularly focusing on North Kerala, especially Bekal, Wayanad and Kozhikode, besides lesser-known destinations with vastly improved infrastructure, the minister said in connection with Kerala Tourism Partnership Meet 2025 held in the City on Thursday.
‘’The campaign to showcase Kerala in its myriad hues is part of the innovative promotion strategy to enhance visibility for the destinations and unique tourism products the state has to offer while directly connecting with potential visitors from key source cities,’‘ Mr. Riyas pointed out.
Sikha Surendran, Director Kerala Tourism and Managing Director, of Kerala Tourism Development Corporation said anticipating a surge in domestic footfalls during the summer holiday season, Kerala Tourism has planned an array of travel trade networking events by organising B2B roadshows to roll out new products before a wider audience, besides active participation in major trade fairs.
The event will run daily from 10 a.m. to 8.30 p.m., offering a variety of activities. Visitors can enjoy dance and music performances, hands-on art experiences, film screenings, and exhibitions from 10.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. These will feature folk cuisines, leather puppets, philately, textiles, and handicrafts.
