Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah cancels official events due to knee pain, advised rest by Manipal Hospital doctors.
Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has cancelled all his official programmes on Sunday (February 2, 2025) after the doctors of Manipal Hospitals, Bengaluru, advised him to take rest following knee pain on his left leg.
According to a press release issued by the Chief Minister’s office, doctors at the Manipal Hospital examined his knee and said pain was caused owing to pressure on the knee which was operated earlier for a ligament injury. “There was no other health issue,” the doctors said.
“Doctors advised the Chief Minister to take rest and not to travel for the next two days. Following doctor’s advise, the Chief Minister has cancelled all the programmes on February 2, 2025,” the release said.
