A familiar face on Edmonton city council has decided the time has come to leave municipal politics after more than a decade as a councillor.
A familiar face on Edmonton city council has decided the time has come to leave municipal politics after more than a decade as a councillor.
Andrew Knack held a news conference inside the front lobby of the Art Gallery of Alberta on Monday to announce this will be his last term.
Knack was elected in 2013, representing Edmontonians in the ward of Nakota Isga.
He will finish his current term but will not seek re-election in the next municipal election in October 2025.
