AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami on Monday virtually inaugurated the party’s office in Delhi. The three-storey building in Pushp Vihar has been named after its late leaders and former Tamil Nadu Chief Ministers M.G. Ramachandran and Jayalalithaa. In 2012, a land measuring 10,850 sq.ft was obtained for the party on an agreement with the Central government, to construct an office when then leader Jayalalithaa was the general secretary. The construction started in October 2015. The building with basement and three floors has been constructed at a cost of ₹10 crore.
