A release here on Tuesday, said with over 34 years of experience in finance and accounts, including 15 years with ONGC Videsh Ltd., Mr. Kumar has deep expertise in business development, merger and acquisitions, strategy, capital budgeting, risk and investment analysis, treasury, and international business.
He is a postgraduate in management from theIndian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and an electrical engineering graduate. Mr. Kumar has held leadership roles across various onshore and offshore units within ONGC, including overseas assignments.
