‘Such leaks will result in students losing their trust in the State government’
PMK youth wing leader Anbumani Ramadoss on Sunday questioned why the second revision exam mathematics question paper was leaked the afternoon before the test on Monday.
Pointing out that question papers for all subjects in the first revision test were leaked a few weeks ago, he asked who was responsible for the leak. “One Chief Educational Officer was suspended over that incident. Such leaks will result in students losing their trust in the State government. Since most of admissions are based on Class XII marks, the State government must not take it easy,” he said.
In light of the 12 Tamil Nadu fishermen being arrested by the Sri Lankan Navy near Kachatheevu, Dr. Anbumani said, “It is the third time fishermen from the State are being arrested in the last five days. In total, 19 fishermen have been arrested. This should not be allowed. All fishermen must be released.”
Senior BJP leader and former Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan on Saturday (November 23, 2024) said the landslide victory of the Mahayuti alliance in the Maharashtra Assembly election was historic, and that it reflected people’s mindset across the country. She added that the DMK would be unseated from power in the 2026 Assembly election in Tamil Nadu and that the BJP would be the reason for it.
