Dick Van Dyke and Cher are some of the lucky ones.
After fleeing their Malibu, California, homes this week due to the Franklin Fire ripping through the upscale coastal neighborhood, destroying several properties in its way, the mansions of Van Dyke, 98, and Cher, 78, remain standing, The Post can confirm.
The fiery disaster has burned more than 4,000 acres, sparking evacuation orders as well as road and school closures. While NBC Los Angeles reports the shift in wind on Wednesday afternoon is a positive sign for residents, courageous firefighters continue to battle the flames.
The Post has obtained exclusive photos of Van Dyke and Cher’s mansions, showing their properties remain untouched while some of their neighbors’ homes fell victim to the inferno.
The land opposite of Cher’s home on the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) was scorched, and a small fire broke out next to her property, but her mega-mansion sat unscathed and pristine.
The “If I Could Turn Back Time” singer abandoned her home with her pets to safety on Monday night. Her publicist, Liz Rosenberg, confirmed the news to the New York Times reported and revealed the Grammy winner was sheltering at a hotel.
