Demi Moore gives rare update on Bruce Willis’ ‘very difficult’ dementia battle: Wouldn’t ‘wish upon anyone’

Demi Moore is getting candid on how Bruce Willis is doing amid his dementia battle.
“Given the givens, he’s in a very stable place at the moment,” the 62-year-old actress shared in an interview with CNN published on Friday. “And I’ve shared this before, but I really mean this so sincerely. It’s so important for anybody who’s dealing with this to really meet them where they’re at, and from that place, there is such loving and joy.”
Moore added that watching a loved one struggle with the condition is “very difficult” and is “not what I would wish upon anyone.”
“The Substance” star told the outlet, “There is great loss, but there is also great beauty and gifts that can come from it.”
Moore and Willis, 69, tied the knot in 1987 before splitting in 2000. The exes share three daughters —Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30. The “Die Hard” alum went on to marry Emma Heming Willis in 2009. They have two daughters together: Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10.
In March 2022, Willis’ family announced he would be “stepping away” from the entertainment industry after being diagnosed with aphasia.
