Film icon Jack Nicholson made a rare public appearance on Sunday night when he introduced Adam Sandler during the “Saturday Night Live” 50th anniversary special.
“Ladies and gentlemen, Adam Sandler,” Nicholson said.
The two starred together in the 2003 film “Anger Management.”
Sandler led a cheer for Nicholson, adding: “love ya, brother.” Then, Sandler performed a song about the history of “Saturday Night Live.”
Nicholson, 87, won three Oscars in a storied career that crossed more than five decades and nearly every genre.
