Rudy Giuliani Crashes Into Empty Chairs After Bizarre Fall At RNC

Rudy Giuliani took a tumble at the Republican National Convention on Tuesday.
The former New York City mayor, who is 80 years old, had been walking in the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, when he suddenly tipped over into some empty chairs, according to video footage of the incident. It’s unclear what exactly caused him to take the plunge, as he did not appear to trip over anything.
A few people appeared to offer a hand to the recently disbarred lawyer, previously the personal attorney to former President Donald Trump, eventually helping him up. Meanwhile, a couple of photographers were seen snapping pictures of him as he got up.
The Trump ally has been livestreaming throughout the convention for his online show, “The Rudy Giuliani Show.” (A New York radio station had been airing his show up until May, when the station canceled it for his baseless 2020 election conspiracies.)
Years after pushing lies about the 2020 election — lies that fueled the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection — a Manhattan appeals court disbarred Giuliani earlier this month.
