Hyderabad poised for global growth with booming real estate market, supported by government policies and infrastructure development.
Hyderabad is on track to becoming one of the fastest-growing cities not just in India, but across the globe, said Minister for Irrigation and Civil Supplies Uttam Kumar Reddy on Sunday. Speaking at the annual celebrations of the Cyberabad Builders Association, the Minister highlighted the city’s rapidly evolving infrastructure and the Telangana government’s commitment to fostering sustainable growth in the construction sector.
“Hyderabad is rapidly emerging as a global city, backed by world-class infrastructure. We are entering an era of unprecedented opportunity where builders can expect consistent, year-on-year growth,” Reddy said, addressing a gathering of real estate developers and industry stakeholders.
He highlighted the government’s focus on ease of doing business and assured continued support through progressive policies that will empower the members of the Cyberabad Builders Association. “Our policies will continue to fuel profitability and ensure long-term success for all players in the sector,” he added.
Industry leaders at the event acknowledged the momentum in Hyderabad’s real estate market. The city recorded a notable increase in property registrations in 2024 compared to the previous year.
