Hyderabad’s Feranoz expands to Jubilee Hills with a flavourful new menu
The Hindu
Indulge in a croissant French toast or classic waffles or some Turkish Kebabs at Feranoz's new Jubilee Hills location.
You love croissants and French toast but can choose only one—a true dilemma for food lovers. Feranoz, the patisserie and café, has your back and now a new address too. Their latest outlet in Jubilee Hills has brought the best of both worlds together, offering a croissant French toast. Imagine flaky croissant layers embracing the custardy goodness of French toast, topped with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh fruits.
If this sinful combination is not for you, the classic waffles are always a safe bet. I vote for the waffle. This is just a glimpse of the café’s all-day dining menu, which is also part of their weekend breakfast offerings. The menu includes three types of omelettes (plain, vegetarian, and chicken sausage), served with baked beans, hash browns, and bread.
The new Jubilee Hills location is not just an extension of their Banjara Hills outlet but an elevated experience. While retaining the soft pastel shades from their first space, the new café boasts comfortable furniture, clean decor with detailed mouldings, high ceilings, and warm tones, exuding a European charm. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls flood the space with natural light, making it even more inviting.
New options
Feranoz has also expanded its menu at this new outlet. Wraps with three protein options have been added, each featuring a unique sauce. The crispy chicken tenders wrap comes with classic mayonnaise, the crunchy basa fish tender wrap is paired with tartar sauce, and the paneer wrap features peri-peri mayonnaise. If you are not fond of wraps, the café’s signature sandwiches and pastas remain on the menu.
What truly stands out, however, is the ‘Specialities’ section. Designed for those tired of the usual kebabs and biryanis in Hyderabad, this section is all about bold flavours without an overpowering chilli kick. One highlight is the Jooje kebab, an Iranian delicacy featuring saffron-marinated chicken served with saffron rice—a perfect pairing of rice and meat.
Another dish to look out for is chicken or paneer in creamy paprika sauce, served with herbed rice—mild yet flavourful. The menu also includes the classic Chicken Stroganoff, a creamy, hearty, and meaty delight paired with herbed rice. One bite and you will understand why this dish is a timeless favourite.
The synopsis of the play said that the play is “the story of an innocent girl, a rebellious teenager and a free adult along with a red cardinal, a woodpecker, an ostrich, and many other birds, with the intergalactic council, the karmic tribunal and the multidimensional exchange office. The play is a self-fictional true story, a multidisciplinary one-woman show, and an absurd and crude tale...”
