Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan moved the Bombay High Court on Wednesday after a special court under the Narcotics Drugs Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act rejected his bail in the
Mr Aryan Khan, 23, filed an appeal against rejection of his bail by special court on Wednesday afternoon. The matter is expected to be heard on October 21. Meanwhile he will continue to be lodged at the Arthur Road Jail. He was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) after it raided the cruise.
Special Judge VV Patil also rejected the bail pleas of Arbaaz Merchant, 26, and Munmun Dhamecha, 39, arrested with Mr Aryan Khan on October 3.
