Ugandan nationals arrested in Hyderabad brothel raid, operated from flat in Tarnaka, investigation ongoing.
A brothel operated by Uganda nationals out of a flat in Nagarjuna Nagar of Tarnaka was searched by the Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force on Saturday night. The police arrested three individuals—two Uganda woman organising the racket and a local customer. The arrested were identified as Nayebare Doreen (42), Komuhangi Ritah (22) and Potturi Anjan Kumar (45). The investigation showed that Doreen took the place on rent about four months ago and used online services like ‘Locanto’ to advertise the brothel. To mislead potential customers, they would initially provide a Secunderabad location before revealing the actual address in Nagarjuna Colony. A case has been registered and an investigation is under way.
