Donald Trump also took aim at TV legend Oprah Winfrey, who has campaigned for the Republican's rival, Democrat Kamala Harris.
Former President Donald Trump didn’t wait until polls were closed on Election Day to start attacking the media.
On Tuesday, Trump seemed irate that Fox had aired recent footage of TV legend Oprah Winfrey, who’d suggested the night before that if Trump were to retake the White House, “it is entirely possible that we will not have the opportunity to ever cast a ballot again.”
“I think it’s ridiculous,” Trump said of Winfrey’s remarks after casting his own vote in Florida.
The presidential candidate said he was “disappointed” in Winfrey for warning about the dangers of a second Trump term while stumping for his Democratic rival, Vice President Kamala Harris, at a Monday rally in Philadelphia.
“I think Oprah’s become a major divider in our country, and I think frankly she should be ashamed of herself,” he continued, before pivoting his criticism away from the former talk show host.
