Steve Bannon's Apparent Nazi Salute At CPAC Causes A Furor On Social Media

The gesture echoes one Trump ally Elon Musk made just a month earlier.
Steve Bannon caused a furor on Thursday after he was seen giving a Nazi salute at Day 2 of the Conservative Political Action Conference.
Donald Trump’s former adviser made the gesture during a speech where he called for his fearless leader to run for an unconstitutional third term, telling the crowd, “We want Trump in ’28.”
Near the end of his speech, Bannon told the crowd that “the only way we lose is if we quit” and vowed not to surrender. He then yelled “fight, fight, fight” before raising his right arm with his palm down.
Yes, there’s video.
Bannon’s “salute” comes weeks after his “frenemy” and fellow Trump toadie Elon Musk did a similar display of fealty at an inaugural celebration last month.
