Gokula Suganeswaran of Kitchipalayam in Salem city surrendered before Judicial Magistrate No. III at the Integrated Court Complex. So far, seven accused have been arrested in connection with the murder of John alias Chanakya, 35, of Kitchipalayam, which was committed in broad daylight on March 19, 2025. While four accused were nabbed by the police after the incident, two surrendered in court on March 20, 2025. Five persons picked up by the police are being questioned.
The victim’s wife, Saranya, recently met Superintendent of Police G. Jawahar and urged him to apprehend all the accused involved in the murder.
