The talk show host decided to forgo an essential part of an outfit while interviewing the comedian.
You could say Jim Gaffigan got a real kick out of Kelly Clarkson.
On Wednesday’s episode of the Grammy-winner’s daytime talk show, Clarkson decided to interview the comedian completely barefoot.
“What is going on with the feet?” Gaffigan said, a few minutes into their interview.
But before Clarkson could respond, Gaffigan decided to step up his comedy game and launched into a full-on roast.
“I feel more grounded when I sing if I’m barefoot,” Gaffigan said, in a mock-feminine voice meant to be a silly imitation of Clarkson. “I can feel the ground and—”
