Is Kishan Reddy working for Telangana or KCR’s interests?: Congress MP Chamala Kiran Reddy

Bhongir MP accuses Union Minister of prioritizing party loyalty over development in Telangana, sparking political controversy.
Bhongir MP Chamala Kiran Reddy has alleged that Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy was seeing the Congress government’s progress from the lenses of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party to satisfy his ‘boss’ in the ‘farmhouse’ rather than functioning as a Union Minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Cabinet.
Addressing a press conference, he charged the Union Minister with trying to defame Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy with ‘ridiculous criticism’ on the investment MoUs signed at Davos during the World Economic Conference. “Why is he trying to appease Mr. KCR at the cost of Telangana forgetting his stature of Union Cabinet Minister.”

“Can the Union Minister who ridiculed Telangana CM do the same with the Maharashtra Chief Minister who also signed MoUs with the same companies at Davos,” he asked and advised Mr. Kishan Reddy not to hamper the development process just to satisfy Mr. KCR.
He said the Davos conference was a huge success for Telangana with CM Revanth Reddy signing MoUs for investments worth ₹1,78,950 crore but the Opposition was too jealous to admit the success. He alleged that the BJP and the BRS parties were sharing scripts and reading the same lines at their press meets indicating their bonding.
Mr. Kishan Reddy reminded the BJP that Telangana gave eight Parliament seats to the party but the leaders were busy defaming Telangana. He asked why they weren’t accepting the good that would ultimately benefit the State. “Let the BJP Ministers and MPs work for Telangana rather than the BRS and KCR.”
