Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC) announced the postponement and relocation of the HH The Amir Sword Festival finale to Al Uqda Equestrian Complex in Al Khor, ensuring the safety of both jockeys and horses.
In a statement, QREC pointed out that the race meeting will now take place at Al Uqda Equestrian Complex in Al Khor, with the events set to commence tomorrow, Sunday, February 16, 2025, at 12 noon.
QREC reaffirmed that this decision reflects its commitment to providing the best possible conditions to safeguard all participants and ensure peak performance levels.
QREC also expressed its appreciation for the cooperation of all participants, emphasising that Al Uqda Equestrian Complex in Al Khor is fully equipped to host the prestigious event.
