Guatemalans protest court interference in presidential election

Protestors in Guatemala took to the streets to demonstrate against government action taken against presidential candidate Bernardo Arévalo's leftist Semilla party.
Under Guatemalan law, authorities cannot suspend a political party during an election campaign. U.S. officials have called the actions a threat to the Guatemala’s democracy.
