Gabriel Macht Has A Message For The Fans Who Went To Law School After Watching ‘Suits’

Talk about being honest ...
Gabriel Macht says he “always” tells “Suits” fans the same thing each time they tell him they’re pursuing their own law degree after being inspired by the drama series.
“There are so many kids that have gone to law school because of the show — because they think it’s fast-moving, there’s family, there’s loyalties, it’s cool, it’s slick. People are witty. There’s a lot of drama, all this kind of stuff,” Macht told People in an interview published Tuesday.
He added, “When people come up to me, and they’re like, ‘I went to law school because of you,’ I always apologize profusely.”
Macht, 53, starred as the self-assured New York City lawyer Harvey Specter on the hit series from 2011 to 2019 alongside Patrick J. Adams, Meghan Markle and Gina Torres.
“I’m sorry,” the “Spirit” alum admitted he tells fans following their interactions. “If you like to read, that is great because you’re going to sit with a book, like this, for hours.”
