Disney Boss Who's Pals With Kamala Harris Is Asked About Trump Debate-Bias Complaint At Emmys

Trump suggested that Harris friend Dana Walden, the Disney Entertainment co-chair who appeared at the Emmys, had undue influence over the debate hosted by ABC.
Disney Entertainment co-chair Dana Walden walked the red carpet Sunday for the Emmy Awards show hosted by ABC, which is run by Disney. (Watch the videos below.)
For the past few weeks Walden was a point of contention for Republican nominee Donald Trump around the debate. He suggested her friendship with Democratic nominee Kamala Harris tainted the showdown, which aired on ABC. He even alleged that Harris would get the questions in advance and repeated the unfounded claim after he flopped in the prime-time duel.
An interviewer from Variety asked her about “far-right” complaints that the debate was “biased” because of her relationship with the vice president.
“You know i don’t really don’t want to dignify it with much of a response,” Walden said. “I have the highest regard for everyone at ABC News. It’s the most professional organization, the most top-notch journalists, and [the allegation] doesn’t really dignify much of a response.”
