Delhi Assembly Speaker quits electoral politics due to age

AAP MLA Ram Niwas Goel distances himself from electoral politics but pledges to continue serving the party wholeheartedly.
“Due to my age, I want to distance myself from electoral politics. I assure you that I will continue to serve the Aam Aadmi Party with all my heart. I will try to fulfill whatever responsibility you entrust to me,” AAP MLA and Delhi Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel said in a letter to party chief Arvind Kejriwal.

The Karnataka government has drafted a comprehensive master plan for the integrated development of Kukke Subrahmanya temple, the State’s highest revenue-generating temple managed by the Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Department. The redevelopment initiative is estimated to cost around ₹254 crore and aims to enhance infrastructure and facilities for devotees.
