Delhi Assembly elections 2025: BJP releases manifesto on January 17, 2025: BJP announces ₹2,500 to women every month; LPG cylinders for ₹500 to women from poor families
Delhi BJP president J.P. Nadda, on Friday (January 17, 2025) announced the BJP manifesto ‘Mahila Samriddhi Yojana’ in New Delhi.
In their manifesto, the BJP promised ₹2,500 to women of Delhi through direct benefit transfers every month.
Mr. Nadda said “We will provide LPG cylinders for ₹500 to women from poor families, and one free cylinder each on the occasion of Holi Deepawali.”
He further added that “We will provide 6 nutritional kits and assistance of 21,000 to every pregnant woman under Chief Minister Matrivita Suraksha Yojana.”
As part of World Cancer Day, the State-run Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology organised an awareness jatha on Tuesday. The march that began from the hospital premises to Lalbagh was flagged off by actor Vasishtha Simha and Kidwai administrator Naveen Bhat Y., who is also the State Mission Director, National Health Mission.
