India recorded 2,20,500 new COVID-19 cases as of 9.15 p.m. on Tuesday. As many as 1,352 deaths were also recorded on the day. The country has so far reported a total of 1,55,35,389 cases and 1,81,902 deaths. The figures do not include cases and deaths from Delhi, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Assam, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Ladakh.
