
CM Naidu asks TDP leaders to create awareness on State Budget

Andhra Pradesh CM N. Chandrababu Naidu urges TDP leaders to raise awareness on State Budget 2025-26 among constituents.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has asked the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders to create awareness on the State Budget for 2025-26 financial year, presented in the Assembly on Friday (February 28, 2025), among the people at the constituency and district levels.

“The MLAs should act as a bridge between government and the people,” he said during the TDLP meeting held in the Assembly after the Budget was tabled.
The Union and State Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs and other key TDP leaders participated in the meeting, where Mr. Naidu discussed the newly introduced ‘P4 policy’ (Public-Private-People Partnership).
The Chief Minister told the TDP leaders that the government had spent money to make the roads free of potholes within six months of coming to power. He said the pension amount was increased from ₹3,000 to ₹4,000 on the first month of assuming office.
Mr. Naidu said that the Amaravati and Polavaram projects had gained momentum, which were ‘neglected by the previous regime’.
He said that the NDA government ‘protected’ the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) from privatisation, adding that the Visakhapatnam Railway Zone was being set up among other developments.
